So the mother married a swedish citizen and they are not allowing her disabled adult daughter to join her; are they sending the daughter back to Germany? The mother should have thought this through but i am surprised there is no special rules for mentally disabled adults who rely on their family. It is really cruel for them to separate this family.

She married a swedish citizen and moved to sweden with her daughters, it is not her fault that the court is not allowing her disabled daughter to stay. This is probably not the end of it, disabled people come under different laws and she will probably be allowed to stay inshallah.

Yeah they're sending the daughter back, she will probably end up in institution for handicap pple. The problem is the family wasn't citizen in Germany if they were the mom would't had any problem to move her in sweden.She should thought about that before she got married.
