Drink more water at least 2 litres a day.
Eat a balanced diet
Also follow the Suna method of 1/3 solid food, 1/3 fluids and 1/3 empty space in your stomach everytime you eat. Over loading the stomach in a single meal can cause it to slow down and constipate.

Cirqaaq, i don't know how any human being can drink 2 litres of water a day. I buy a 75 ml bottle of water every day or 2 and usually don't even finish that.
