Sheikh Shariif refuses to arm SSC

I was told from a reliable source that Sheikh Shariif refused to give weapons to SSC, because he does not want conflict to begin in the peaceful regions of Somaliland and Puntland. What he did give Garad Jama and co. was $250,000 oo sooriyad ah which is not much support compared to what they were asking for. Garad Jama and co. are recently in Nairobi and have left Mogadishu.
