The parlament as a whole is not working at all. How can so many grown men fight about witch way to vote? they delayed the whole meeting and people started to leave. Very disgusting if you think about it. Somalis and Amisom soldiers are dying outside, while they fight about how to vote. They will probably extend their mandate. But some people will be replaced within TFG.

well at the moment the TFG are in the process of making the TFG permanent like 'the federal republic of somalia' instead of transitional federal government. This will enable political parties takin part of the government. Farmaajo is concentrating on making the somali national army stronger. So that ...... Can take over when the mandate expires and parties join the govt.

Farmaajo is an educated man with good intentions for his country. But he doesn't fully yet understand the weakness internally of the whole makeup of Sheikh Sharif's TFG. The TFG is dead within, and cannot be saved until it's President resigns along with 275mps he brought to an already weak administration. Also Shariif Sakiin the Speaker of Parliament is a very corrupt individual, who is only in power to bank roll the little resources given to the Government.
