What Sunnah says about domestic violence?!

Post by AhlulbaytSoldier »

In an authentic hadith prophet PBUH says: " Do not beat the female servants of Allah";

"Some (women) visited my family complaining about their husbands (beating them). These (husbands) are not the best of you."

In another Hadith the Prophet (p.b.u.h.) is reported to have said: “How does anyone of you beat his wife as he beats the stallion camel and then he may embrace (sleep with) her?”

There may be some here who argue that beating is allowed in the quran. Ok what does quran say about sunnah?
Verses as: obeyment to the messenger is obeyment to Allah swt. Whatever the messenger gives you take it etc.
The prophet pbuh didnt invent these sayings by his own, but are inspired and shows the correct conduct.

P.s this topic is reply to the kenyan monkey who burned his wife for nothing. He is clearly ignorant about his religion.

sorry to hijack your question with another question. A similar question has been eating me quite sometime.

If a group of people, let's say Sheik Sharif and his friends decide to kill someone and one of the guys is given the task. Then that someone calls a hit man who does the actual killing. In Islam, the law says the killer must be killed unless the victim's family accept blood money, etc with no reference to accomplices at least to my knowledge. My question is what about the plotters and everyone else who was involved in the murder, like the guy who supplies the weapon, the driver, etc. Will these guys face any punishment? If so how severe?

This is haraam what you did bro, you as an unlearned person with absolutely no training in Islamic Sacred Law (to my knowledge) cannot give a ruling even if it is just idle talk. You must from my understand first have the qualifications to and tell where you got the ruling from. Such as Imaam of So-and-So from this Madhab gives this ruling and this is the majority of opinion and Allah knows best, or I have read that Shaykh so-and-so gives this ruling. But you can never ever speak of an Islamic ruling in such a way as your opinion. At least this is what I have been taught.
