Somalilands budget was 61 Million dollars in 2010 , 2011 not sure yet we are waiting for Muj Maxammad xashi Finance minister to reveal the budget soon but it will be more this year we spend so much on electioon and all that

ma friend told me this Maxammad xashi the Finance minister made each minisrty an account in the national bank and told them if u finished it is ur problemo and he is really strict whn it comes money.

They get way more money then that, Donors give money to the UN which gets distributed to so called ministries and government agencies, but we don't see a penny of it. Theres not a lot of transparency and TFG are good at creative accounting

They don't see that money. It is divided between Ethiopia, Kenya and Uganda. Even little Djibouti gets its cut.
