Is suicide bombing our Somali culture? This is what happens when terrorist come to Somalia. Spoiling the Somali culture.

I was listening to an interview given by this guy who was present at graduation ceremony and he said a kid got up right before the explosion took but the bombs actually went off at two different places. To him it wasn't exactly a suicide bombing but appeared more likely to be a remote controlled explosive devices that went off.
