Its not just tents, you can see in the picture that big houses are developing; there are huge mansion villas, 3-story hotels, and stuff like that in Ceelasha Biyaha, its an actual city not even a refugee camp anymore. Its already bigger than Galkacyo and has more hotels probably too. If the war continues it will beat Hargeisa, its already almost there, Ceelasha Biyaha is the 3rd largest urban center in Somalia.
