Keep your cash and educate yourself on Government Grants, that way, your income is low whilst you qualify for the free money the government gives away for you to educate yourself.

once u get into taxi business it's hard to quit , in where i live most taxi driver are above 35 years of age with no schools except few ,most of them have wifes back in Africa who they married recently , i know i'm stereotyping but i'll say the most , and you're right there are some educated or in school guys who drive taxis, but i did'n see many, maybe the situation is different in other states
