Honestly, as a young Somali, I always thought all Somalis were anti-Ethiopia and understood the evil intentions the country has towards Somalia. But too my shock and horro, I learn that their are pro Ethiopian clans and will do anything to serve them. I will not name names, but most people have already gotten my drift.

Ethiopia needs a port, it's that simple. The Ogaden is the heart and soul of Somali nationalism.

Ethiopia can take Djibouti and Somalia excluding SSC regions and Somalia gets the Ogaden.

Some opposition leader stating 'A child born in Addis is closer to me than the one born in Moqadishu' or the president who hails from your clan bringing in the Ethiopian soldiers to its capital. This is a misconception, AY could do nothing about Ethiopia's invasion of Somalia. America funded that war and they were always going to invade regardless of Somali opposition.

What is the difference between giving them to Ethiopia now.

They are practically an Ethiopian colony and Ethiopia controls their port. Why don't they join Ethiopia and give it access to the sea. They are given a government that will be able to attract FDI while Somalia is reunited with it's most important region

BS, Abdullahi Yusuf wanted Ethiopian peacekeepers from the minute he got elected. Ethiopia's entire claim was that they were invited. If he was against it, why didn't he say no?

That is Ethiopia's claim but realistically they were going to invade. They were never going to listen to TFG who couldn't control a mere city. Ethiopia was listening to her White American masters. Anyways, I have seen numerous things about AY and I wish him nothing but the worst
