ma sudani friend is sayin the no 12th pic not sure its khartoum coz of that tall tower is not in khartoum or may be after him they build it

Sudan accomplished this through a national government, and not regional authorities. If Somalia doesn't have competent leadership in the federal level, the more likely future of Puntlands supposed oil wealth is half the revenue being siphoned off by the drilling companies and the other half being embezzled by the corrupt regional authority figures. That is if this oil ever is found to be of sufficient quantity and quality to be exportable, which is in unknown at the moment.

Keep dreaming. With Puntland govt's greed and corruption, the region will be looted of its resources and will be worse off than the southern Somalia.
