After a three month investigation regarding neighbourhood drug complaints, the Ottawa Police Street Crime Unit executed a Controlled Drugs and Substance Act search warrant at an Olmstead Street residence on this date.

Police seized crack cocaine, marijuana, morphine and stolen property from the residence (lap-tops).

Nimo YUSSUF, 25-years-old woman from Ottawa and Qamar OSMAN, 20 years-old woman from Ottawa are charged jointly for the following offences.

• Possession for the Purpose of Cocaine
• Possession for the Purpose of Marijuana
• Possession for the Purpose of Morphine
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime x 2
• Breach of Recognizance x 7
Both will appear in court on December 9, 2010

Police are now working with the landlord, who has started eviction proceedings. This case is an example of the police and the public working together to dismantle “problem addresses” in our community. Staff Sergeant Murray Knowles of the Central East District stated

It is sad story. I am really saddened by it.

OK, this is a sad case, but this abdisamad is obsessed with all what is wrong somali women?

This is nothing. A few days ago Somalis including oldies who could be grandparents very soon were arrested for drug smuggling.

What do u expect if alot of the youth now days idolize the "ghetto" as they put it and rap music.

We shouldnt be suprised at all in the coming years. I predict our community to be 50% successful and 50% failure, no inbetween.

what I dont hate Somali women...how can I hate my own people.

the jamaicans use our women allot..its not my faulth...why lower them self's and get used by a monkey looking jamaican..

and 70% out of wedlock kids like the african americans..and allot of faraxs behind bars who will become down-low brothers in prison and continue this life style when they get out..and help spread aids like wildfire in the somali community the future is not looking bright.
