It is true Xaglatoosiye was arrested in Nairobi and was questioned by the anti-terror units in Kenya. That is what I have learned yesterday after visiting Somali coffee shops and seeing some of his relatives. The initial talk was he was arrested in the Airport in UK and returned to Kenya but people are also claiming that he never got to London but was arrested in Kenya and was questioned by both American and Kenyan authorities in Kenya. So it is not clear where he was arrested but the fact is he was arrested and kept for at least 24 hours before he was released on bail. Eventually, the US government cleared him from some of the chanrges and he was told you are free to travel to USA. He was quoted in Nairobi that the people who are behind his arrest are SLers and his former business partners in Columbus, Ohio. He has listed 7 people and claimed all of them are in Columbus, Ohio.

The other news is the guy is broke and was calling many people to send him a ticket so he can come back to USA. Some of his former business partners gave him the cold shoulder and would not help him. One guy who was helped by Xaglatoosiye when he started the business gave $1000.00 to Xaglatoosiye's brother and asked him to buy the ticket. The brother of Xaglatoosiye took the money and did not buy the ticket but really spent the money on something else. The fact is Xaglatoosiye was given a mission that the people that were advising him were not even honest about it. He got into politics and tried to hurt PL on simple clannish reasons but in the process that mentality bankrupt him and he can't even buy his own ticket to come back to the USA. The people who were using him for this project abandoned him and they are now using the SSC Hogaanka card while Xaglatoosiye can't even buy his own ticket.
