However, the US government, through its terrorist-posing informants/agents, needs to nudge and encourage them. For what? For domestic consumption. US citizens must know their government is keeping them safe. This FBI program lets them know."Left to his own devices, he wouldn't have been able to pose a danger to anybody," Fleury says.
