75,000 doesn't buy you much of a house. Kaah might advertise that way but it al depends on the location abd the what is it.

This particulrt house was built about 6 yrs ago by a dude from ATL, GA. It cost four times the price you mentioned. You have to see to believe it. It's not your average house.

dhaga so are u saying kaah quotes are not accurate, like giving cheap estimates to draw in people and then hit them with more costs later on..??

Not exactly but their prices are qouted for the basic units. By the time you add all you rpersonal touches like indoor kitchen, hot water, built in closets, landscaping amongs other things, the price will easily double.

If you need four walls with doors and no luxury...than 75 will do wonders.

Mashallah, all we need now is paved roads, pavements and 24hr electricity and we're good to go.

Man I love geedka ubaxa, my neighbours planted many of them. Insha'allah I wish we plant them all over our cities along with other trees such as palm trees as long as no qudhac they don't look good in cities but in the countryside
