Somali women are women and should thus be confined to the kitchen and the bedroom, and to some extent the living room.

This is an interesting question I thought about it myself. Few times I was told by male some forumers that I should stay away from the topic because I am a woman :| I remember the patriot telling me '' let the men karbaash each other...women are for shukaansi''

Garowe_boy aka Perfect_order aka union told me '' woman leave this discussion to the men''

Another one (cannot remember the name) told me ' woman leave this. waxu doqon sanaa''

So I am feeling a bit shy and feminine

About 3 years ago when I was Shankaroon_614 alone....I did take full participation in most political threads....but I got tired and bored from it....

But to answer ur question, majority of the females are either A) politically unaware of whats going on around the world...N back home because they DO NOT like politics...or B) told by the male forumers on here to back off and "let the men talk" which is not a good thing if you want to get everyone's perspectives...females POV really does count too...we can't be stuck on Jaahilia era forever guys....laakiin there r those girls that don't care what they say and still comment N debate...but are few in comparison to the amount of male political debaters on here....
