Al Shabab cowards launching attacks from the houses of widows and orphans. How typical.

How is this possible? How did they come so close to villa Somalia?

They are cowards who hide under the midst of civilians so the African Defense Forces can't detect them, they than launch an attack from populated places, so by the time AMISOM retaliates they're long gone.

they've been closer. They have been pretty much only a few km from villa somalia for a long time.

What is the deal with al shabaab horta, they have been supposedly a few km away from villa Somalia for a while now, yet can't capture it.

What the hell is going on. It was only 2 days ago when the TFG reported that they controll 50% of the city.

Can anybody explain if this was an offensive by Al shabab army, or was it like one guy with weapons hiding behind civilians?

The TFG do not control even close to 50%, more like 20%, and a lot of that is the fortified airport.
The front lines are a few hundred feet from Villa Somalia.
Villa Somalia is an armored compound designed to survive a siege.

Just a news flash, the area's of Boondheere that the TFG just captured, they were denying that they lost them in August.

There is no way TFG controls 50% of Xamar. They don't even control all of Booondheere, which is where this attack came from

It is high time that people of Mogadishu get take responsibilty, every other city and region of Somalia is stable. They are bloody holding Somalia and Somalis back.

The rightfull owners of Moqadishu have not asked for neither TFG nor Al-shabab. They live on their land and in their properties. So don't transfer the blame to innocents who are suffering in the middle.

The TFG and those like yourself would prefer if all civilians relocate out of their homes and land... To where?

Afgoye refugee camp? perhabs further into Kenya?

How about the TFG relocate to a new base where there are no civilians??? anywhere away from civilians?
