yes that is tree is in Baardheere I think it's the reason they named the city "Bardheere" or Tall tree

Grandapa, thanks for the answer cousins. Baar is actually a palm tree that grows on the river banks and it bears fruits called Qoone that look a lot like a coconut. Baardheere was known to have really tall palm trees. Same with all the towns on the rivers in Somalia like Beledweyne. Kismaayo has real palm trees that produce actual coconuts. I think the tree in the picture is Geed Hindi.
