Thats very good news if they move the capital to garowe eventhough i don't think that will happen but it's an alternative for the future of the people from Somalia :som: :up:

Garowe is the purest Harti city, no other Somalis.

i think xamar is suited for business and parties, not politics. its a cosmopolitian city, with thriving busisess, diverse populace, and rich historical sites, not to forget the breathing tourist attractions and artifacts. it is a place where you want to spend your retirement like Florida, not a place for politicians to fock up and boost about who it belongs to.

Garowe can't hold a population of more than 1 million

It is completely ill suited as a capital

We will suffer from problems like those in Hargeisa (too little water, too many people)

tightrope, xaa dhacay. i am looking to take the enormous weight placed on xamar's back and putting on shoulders that strong and wide enough to hurdle it through the calamity befallen on our nation for the last two decades; every option should be on the table. i choose Garowe because they have the wadanimo, resources, will, and most importantly the ability/competency to carry it through.
