a lot of medical students study in the carribbeans because they can't afford the high cost of education here.

They probably have bad grades. If you have good grades you can get government scholarships that will cover everything. You just have to work in inner city hospitals for like a year.

How many people get scholarships? it’s not about grades, am sure there will be many people with good grades who will go abroad after the fee rise.

good choice, these days somali families send their kids in Ukraine to go medical school .
all they need to do is to take license and they are full doctors here.
