59 days to shred unwanted pounds! Am the maarxisad to my bestfriends wedding! Yey am so happy and excited this would be my first wedding ama marxiisad to so question is I need ways to lose weight since am use to working out I have to work out harder then I should because my metobalism slowed down soooooooooo helppp! Would protien shakes help or does it build muscle?

My brothers take protein shakes to build muscle so I don't think you should if you want to lose weight. Just stay away from carbs and exercise.
