grandpakhalif wrote:DR Yalaxoow do you deny this saxiix hadith

Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) came [to Madeenah] and they had two days in which they would (relax and) play. He said, “What are these two days?” They said, “We used to play (on these two days) during the Jaahiliyyah.” The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Allaah has given you something better instead of them: Yawm al-Duhaa[Eid al-Adha] and Yawm al-Fitr[Eid al-Fitr].” (Reported by Abu Dawood).

This indicates clearly that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) definitely forbade his ummah to celebrate the festivals of the kuffaar, and he strove to wipe them out by all possible means. The fact that the religion of the People of the Book is accepted does not mean that their festivals are approved of or should be preserved by the ummah, just as the rest of their kufr and sins are not approved of.

No need to make fun sxb but if you reject this you are dameer
stupid blind boy

Look again your fabricating the real meaning of the hadith. the hadith never mentioned celebration
they had two days in which they would(relax and) play
it does not simply says celebration. HADIITH says qoute( relaxation(play) and NOT celebration , of course relax(play) and celabration are totally two different meaning it has nothing to do whit celebration( dabaaldeg)

relaxation= NASASHO,day off from the work
CELEBRATION= DABAAAL DEGG. ha nasan ,bood bood, dabaaldegg.

the rest of hadiiith(((( about ciiidul adxaa and fidraaaa)) of course Allah gave as ciidul fitra, ciidul al adhxa and mawliiiid and many other Islamic celebrations. but again its inserting and fabrication of translation look how this stupid wahaabi translated the real meaning of this hadith whichs talking about relaxation and not about celebration.
This indicates clearly that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) definitely forbade his ummah to celebrate the festivals of the kuffaar
.

the translater is 100% Lier because simply the hadiith is not talking about new year or any celebration it just about day off from the work, maalin FASAX aaad shaqada ka tahay ama maalin NASASHO.

relaxation= maalin nasasho
celebration= maalin dabaal deg

marka waryaaa nacas la imaaaw ANOTHER XADIIITH SABABTOO AH XADIISKAN kuma saabsana dabaaldegg ee wuxuu ku saaabsan yahay nasashada, dhinaca kale xadiiith oran maayo uma dabaaldegi kartid wax aan aheeyn ciidul adxaa and fidraaa, kaliya xadiiska wuxuu oranayaaa DAY OF from the work maalinta nasashada waxaaan heeysanaa we muslims CIIDA FIDRADA AND CIIDA ADHXADA, kama uusan hadlin hadiithka maalin dabaal degg, waxa kaliya ee uu ka hadley waaaa maalinta nasashada.

again and again diiinta islaamka habayaraatee wax kaa mamnuucaya ma jirto inaaad dabaaldeg aad u sameeyso SANADKA CUSUB ama dagaaldegyo kale sida maalinta xuriyada wadankaaga sida 1da july. 26 juni iyo wixiii la mid ah

One who rejects the Hadiths based on his desires is a zanaadiq. Yalaxow accepts and rejects hadith based on his own desires and intellect. This type of mentality leads to apostasy.

I think Yalaxow is one of those people who rejects hadiiths and only relies on his personal interpretation of the Quraan based on his lifestyle. Subxanallah Ilaahay ha so hanuuniyo.

Not much to misunderstand saaxib. He accepts and rejects things based on his own personal desire and intellect. All deviant groups in Islamic history deviated on these two particular issues.

The way of Ahlusunnah wal jamaca is to stick to the Quran, the Sunnah, the sahabah and the ijmah of the Muslimiin. Our prophet saws said that the Ummah would not unite on deviancy in religious matters.

Is New Year celebrations a religious issue now? Some of us watch the fireworks on TV, others go to watch it live. The people who normally party will hit the clubs. Insignificant inane topic.

ok guys I always tell the gaalo merry christmas and happy new year..and they tell me happy ciid when ciid come's..for me its just accepting our difference's..and since I live in their country and choose to be here I have to respect their holly days..I dont think one become's a gaal for wishing a good new year for the christians or saying merry christmas..as I see it its a matter of accepting eachother and trying to have a peacefull coexistence.and that is what dr yalaxow was trying to explain but he did it the wrong way by disrespecting the xadiis. :down:

What have you seen muslims do that is haram first of all? Have you seen a good muslim suddenly drink alcohol to celerabte the new year, do they buy new outfits and visit families, are mosques doing events catering for the new year, are people forking out £40 to get into clubs? It is part of the culture in some countries to mark the new year. It is not a religious issue. I watch the fireworks on TV and wish friends/family a good year by texting.

Islam doesn't recognize any religion other than islam. It says in the Quran: Inna Ad-Deena inda Allahi Al Islaam. Its irrelevant whether you believe if its cultural or religious, I'm not here to argue that.
