Mujaheed Ismacil xaji nur is right on this the local Biyo stuff comes under the mayor. and the state biyo stuff comes under wasaarada Biyaha iyo kheyraadka qaranka, Now he can help assist them but the local biyo stuff wa inu u dayo Mujaheedka.

but there isnt a strong regional government in sanaag so it has to come under the state.

it's oke since 1991 there is a strong regional government in sanaag Muj Ismacil xaji nur and Muj talaabo did good work with sanaag they should let the sanaag biyo come under the minister laakin the ceerigabo biyo should come under the mayor like every city in Sl.
