Only in Somalia you can get that..That Doctor in Galkacio charges people the cheapest one can charge..Even though he told us that his hospital never charge more than $200.00 no matter how big the case is. I remember he said, "Beware not to be fooled by your relatives if they ask money for operations...Maybe the other $300.00 is for her other expenses
