I am amazed at the level of dedication, effort, and inteligence they put into their beliefs. They can found in every continent in the world, preaching, cleaning houses, walking in neigborhoods. So I talked to one of my coworkers and he was telling me about how they do it. Every man usually does 2 years of missionary work, where they pay their own money. So they pay about 400 dollars a month, and they get sent to wherever they want in the world. This money covers their rent, cost of living, and transportation. No matter where they go everyone pays into a big pool, at the same rate. They buy cars, and do all the oil changes on time, and re sell it at the maximum re sale value they can get, and buy a new car. These guys are a well organized, cost efficient, prostelyzing machine and muslims should learn some lessons from them.

They are one of the racist religious groups in the world due to certain statements in their bible. One of them is seeing black people as inferior and not part of the human family.

Black-skinned people are of inferior origin - mormonism teaches that the spirit beings that did not fight valiantly for God come to earth as blacks, while those who fought valiantly come to earth as whites. Until very recently blacks could not become priests in the mormon system of worship for reasons related to this and other demeaning doctrines.

President Brigham Young, for example, in the March 1863 Journal of Discourses 10:110, said: "Shall I tell you the law of God in regard to the African race? If the white man who belongs to the chosen seed mixes his blood with the seed of Cain, the penalty, under the law of God, is death on the spot. This will always be so."

Yeah they are crazy, they believed that black people where descendents of evil spirits and white people good spirits. They didn't start allowing black people into their church until 1960's or 70's after civil rights. Talk about going with the flow
