I have been living in my current area for about two years now and I don't remember the last time I walked for a distance besides working out at the gym. I skipped out on driving and just walk to all my destinations earlier and couple of hours later Im back. Now Imma do this more often
anyone else walks to places by choice even though u have couple of cars?

Yeah I do that once in a while. One time though I walked to the town centre which was about a 30min walk, I was wearing a pair of jeans and about half way there my thighs started to get really itchy, I mean really wtf is going on itchy, when I got home I scartched so hard my skin got swollen. It happened one other time after that and I still haven't figured out what that was about. The other time was with track suit bottoms so it's not the material or an allergy, I was clean, my clothes were clean...the only thing I can think of is burning cellulite? But it's never happened when I work out...Has that happened to anyone else, very random

My goodness black---dont u see what is happening to you???

First of all, thank you for walking 30 minutes walaal, congratulations. Second of all, do u know WHY--your thighs are itchy?

Well, given your over-weightness, your tighs tend to touch or flap each other as u walk, and as u walk the tighs sweat, and as they sweat and accumulate wet sweat region--bacterial reaction occurs, therefore, invoking the need to itch.
My advice? Keep on walking and add an extra 30 minutes, loose weight faster, and shower as soon u go home.

This is perfectly normal and it happens when u haven't walked (treadmill doesn't count) for a while. Your thighs, hips, bottom part of the stomach and love handle area will itch in a burning way because that's where the exercise is going and directly targetting. Usually the more you walk, the less it itches and never scratch it as it can damage the skin, just ignore it if you can and if not rub it using a towel or something.

Basra Really? Sweat? Lakin it was in winter and why would I be sweating on top of my thighs, surely you sweat more on other parts of the body? It didn't even stop when I came home, I had to pour cold water on myself and if it's from exertion, I should feel it everytime I work out but I don't.

grandpa @loool
do ya really think so?
Black
u know when u walk, u sweat walaal. It doesnt matter where, i assume the region u r talking about is itchy more because that is the place u sweat more. Perhaps u r wearing a tight skin jeans for the winter purpose. Walaal, i suggest wear a dress next time. Let air blow through, and yes add extra 30 minutes macaanto.

But okay that is a sensible theory.
