You have to remember that most rural, uneducated white people don't know anyone who isn't also a rural, uneducated white person. All they know about everyone else in the world is some stereotypes and what they hear on Fox News.

I'd imagine they expect you to at any moment pull out a scimitar and lop their head off, detonate a suicide vest, mug them, or somehow all three at once.

Yh your right, people can be racist to Somalis very easily. Get racism for being black, racism for al shabab and al Qaeda, racism for immigration as well as not working and getting benefits, racism for cheating the system and trying to con of the government to get more money, bad press with the pirates i.e. criminals and killers.

Plus we are easily recognisable, soon every tom ceeb and harry can recognise a Somali. We are going to be racially abused everywhere

Harsh environment bringout the best in humans, 2 - 3 generation and somalis will be next inline to the Ashkinasi communities in wealth and power... if it don't kill you it makes you stronger.

The weaker somalis will be filtered out of the equation ofcourse.
