Saaxib he didnt say anything wrong. All he said was that he was unable to travel to the south because of instabilaty and that the north was more peaceful. Therefore he deepened his Somali studies in Hargeisa.

People can learn any language they want to, why are you all surprised. Chinese is a billion times harder and there are whites who speak it.
