assalamu caleykum, i used to have this suffered from this disease badly, not as bad nowadays though alhamdulilah.

Im a big-time procrastinator, usually starts with a couple of youtube videos to get me psyched up for work, then emails, then check blogs/fb/etc, and nowadays filing out job applications, hours later still looking at a blank document :(
