I doubt it.. Cats are currently on the protected list thanks to that fat old bag who put one in the bin.. Somalaay the 2nd will be ok..

I don't know west, but your going to have to get some facts. Ask your cat to tell you detail by detail what exactly happened, and if the alleged victim clearly said "Meow" in a negative way, otherwise we can agree it was consensual.
