I was so ashamed of My habit

Ok,

Somalis are xaasid people or maybe they don't pay attention or maybe they don't care or maybe they are scared.

I have a habit of licking my teath with my tonque and making some sh sh sh sh noise Like when there is something stack under your teath and you try to get it out with air and your tongue. for My focking whole life, no somali ever told me and i didn't even notice i was doing it in public places. I keep doing it over and over. I was told to stop doing it one day in statistics class by a white lady some years back. I a pologize to her and thought i got ride of the habit. I was again I am doing it too much by an ethiopian guy who works for me. I am so angry and ashamed of my self. I am trying by tooth and nail not to do it again. it is hard to get ride of a habit but i will try. I am also angry with the people that are always are me including my wives who never told me. or maybe are too busy to notice it.

My question is, what would you do if you see someone who is making some disgusting noise?

i dont know if you chew, but i always thought only khat chewers make that sound. aqas.
