And anyone who wants to understand it is looking for a trouble.
I don't know who's the presidents of somaliland,puntland,galmudug are
and who's ruling who. Somali politics and the politicians is something you expect
from average farah with dugsi level education. All I know is politics is something you go to school for it
in order to be politician so how is someone who never had education atleast college
level can be president, pm or minister of agriculture finance etc ?
So how are we suppose to follow uneducated corrupt leaders ?
Many people here spend hours on debating how their part if the country is being
run.

Re: somali politics is garbage
Actually most head of state regions in Somalia have degrees, I know Faroole has a PHD and Somaliland leader has a degree in economics.
But the problem, Somali politics is tribal politics, there isn't any development happening

Most of africas leaders used to be liberation or rebel movement leaders. We the young generation should organise ourselves and have a political movement inside Somalia. We could easily win the support of region in Somalia, by calling ourselves something with "youth" and we can donate clothes food and even build wells to gain political ground and genuine trust by the people. We are so many in the diaspora i cant understand why we likeminded cant get together and form a party regardless of our clan affiliations. Last time this thing was done, was SYL and other anti colonial movements.omar07 wrote:And anyone who wants to understand it is looking for a trouble.

Re: somali politics is garbage
I doubt that . How can we truly prove that these guys aren't carrying fake phds to pleaseOxidant wrote:Actually most head of state regions in Somalia have degrees, I know Faroole has a PHD and Somaliland leader has a degree in economics.
But the problem, Somali politics is tribal politics, there isn't any development happening
their tribe. Some countries do have many different tribes in their parliament and
there is nothing like somali politics.
If these people sare truly aware of their position and have a knowledge
for it, then it wouldn't be complicated and there would have been a progress.
I can gruantee you these guys , don't have clue what they doing.
Simply is better to forget all them
