Has the West pushed aside Sheikh Sharif?
Sheikh Sharif came to prominence as the head of the ICU and was supported by the West in the hopes he could pull some support from Shabaab to the TFG. But every since Farmaajo's tenure as PM, he is nowhere to be seen and has been made irrelevant. Has the West sidelined him in order to move him out of the TFG as easily as possible?
