Appreciation thread for President of the Republic of Somalia. Who assumed the high office on the 31st of January, 2009. President Sharif, in conjunction with his highly educated advisers, has been successful in thwarting attempts by radical religious minorities to forcefully take over the country and impose draconian laws upon the citizens of Somalia without their consent. His Excellency, the President, has also been working to secure peace in the nation and strengthen the national institutions. Truly he is a hero deserving commendation.
