As we saw in Minnesota every somali clan and clan chief came to meet and greet Ilay and now there each having private meetings getting cosy with Ilay.I read some letters(Baaq) from different clans(Non-absame) who have no business in the somali region showering praise at Ilay, so I thought there's lots of truth to meles delegating Somali affairs to Ilay now all maamul ku sheeg and little uknowns are running around to meet with him so he can grant them favourability with Addis ababa.Ilay has some crazy money flying around and extravagant offers too if you pledge.Many shall regret
