In the olden days of China, if the emperor failed to warn the public about earth-quick at least few days prior, he would be publically beheaded.

so let's lay down similar obligations towards our leaders, if they fail to complete their task, we should hang-up.

Heres a start..

President of semi-autonomous state of Galmudug arrives in Somaliland

HARGEISA(SomalilandPress)—President of semi-autonomous state of Galmudug President Mohamed Ahmed Aalin today arrived in Somaliland for seminar that he is being to taking part in the capital of Hargeisa. President Mohamed Ahmed Aalin who spoke with SomalilandPress reporter Abdiqani Baynah said “I came to Somaliland for a seminar that is being given by the UN on good governance”. When the president was asked if there were other reasons for his visit to Somaliland he did not want to elaborate on the issue.

Galmudug state is the only Somalia state currently that is not hostile to the existent of Somaliland and its aspiration to become an independent entity from Southern Somalia. It was only few weeks ago when President Aalin called to congratulate President Siilanyo on his successful victory over the incumbent Dahir Riyale in an election that was hailed as a historic for the region.
