Its the bloody 2nd time in 2 weeks .... What am I doing wrong ? Should I avoid food?
I only eat once a day anyway :? .

Don't have imodium. Nhs site says I should eat as soon as I feel like it :|
I feel so weak ... Need to eat..don't wanna make myself sick though..think I'm just gonna stick with sips of water . :|

You should've taken tablets anyway.

Btw, do not take foods that came from outside of your house, including water. Unless the food was packaged and/or cooked IN the house, do not eat it.
