That guy used to quite popular in this other forum called Forumbiodiversity and said he hailed from the Habar Awal sub clan, he went under the the nick "Slick Willy"

I saw this clip where an American woman confronted Ali Samater in 88 0r 89 in DC when the civil war was in all time in Hargeisa and Burco and asked if his regime is systematically killing Isaaq people in Somalia because of their roots. I wish you could see his face...
