My friend somalis have different culture than the west. West consider timing very important. But in Somalia he consider work done rather than timing. for example hadii meeting ee somalida qabsadaan at 10:00 pm.. they arrive 20 minute later. why? because he was doing something else for his family or for himself.
But in AMerican or west They wait you on Time. Somalis on time is not important. Somali will love to see job done even if takes 8 hours. west will love to done within 45 minute. the time everything they do. It is UPS.
