There is no well known landmark here for someone to guess the city, unless ofcourse, you consider the building on the right with one red side and the other yellow one is a distinguished sign

O.K so it's a seaside/port city, with paved roads.

Where they drive on the left side of the road; this narrows us down to a port city in Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, South Africa, or Namibia.

From the picture on the advertisment board i'd say blacks and whites/asians live there together.

From the buildings (on the right hand-side) behind the front-street offices we can tell that there is still some poverty.

The vast majority of the buildings are quite old.Too bad i'm not an architechtural expert.

The trees/vegitation of the place and the colour of the sea/ocean would tell us about its location.

It's a pure guess but i'l say that Aishiawaqoyi has narrowed it down pretty well, my guess would be Cape town Mombasa or Dar es Salaam

i tried to deduct from the picture (must be near sea/big lake/ocean, i see a board with a black man and a child, there was a unclear latin title on one of the bulidings)...was not enough for me to make an educated guess so i failed myself

Yeah it is Dar Es Salaam.....I took this picture myself, Its on the Airport Road towards the city center.
