What are the boundires for this region i don't see a map.

Caynaba is the regional capital that i know.

Horta what was that region before it became Saraar..
Did they take bits of Toghdeer, Sool iyo Sanaag to form it?

Western Sool and i think a bit of Togdheer.

it was taken away from Sool not Togdheer.... Buuhoodle and oodweyne was taken away from Togdheer...

Asadsl is right. Saraar was taken away from Sool and parts of Togdheer.

Do people actually go by these maps back home or is togdheer still togdheer.

To b Honest no one goes by this, even thou the Goverment sometimes distribute stuff by this regions....
