The drought is now affecting the whole East Africa and has starving Somalis through every region we inhabit. It's a dire situation

Relax.... Whatever happens, its Allaah's swt will. Allaah swt created them, and Allaah swt will protect/provide for them.

Agreed, however, with a growing population, the people cannot forever pray for rains. Its time they start building more dams and need to look to secure their water supply, It times these government such as Kenya and Ethiopia are able to provide for their own people. This video was extremely depressing, I wonder what happening in Somalia and the Ogaden

Somalis in northeastern Kenya and Somalia are also dealing with this kind of severe drought. it touches my heart and gives me an opportunity to thank Allah for whatever i have. however, these people are also part of the problem. they won't allow any social changes in their lives. in fact, these people become confrontational when government or NGO's try to help change their lives in better ways. they don't want to give up their way of living. it is just sad.
