She is the most beautifuliest girl I have ever met and yet no one can see her beauty. she has the most amazingest heart ever and they all treat her like ass because shes 200+ something pounds. Sometimes it makes me sad when i look at her that i know she's putting up a front and that i can see that behind her "fake" smile theres sadness and the glow in her eyes are actually tears shes holding back. I want to just tell her that its okay I know what she's going through and to just let me help her through it because everyone needs that extra push I just want to help her change her life for the better and to stick it to those that once made fun of her but ...... am scared to tell her to join me when i work out because she might get offended or she might hate me for it

You tell her you going on a surprise ride, blind fold her to create an atmosphere of anticipation, and bring her to the gym, after that make sure you chain her there until she looses at least 60 pounds
