thats not a good sign. High birthrates are generally connected to low developed countries, lower education of women, and higher death rates of infants and women. :|

Why would a high birth rate be a bad thing? It's not like they are being born out of wed-lock, this is not Puerto rico or sierra leone. The bigger the population the better because it means a more important country with a stronger army and a bigger workforce. It is a sign of virility and fertility, don't be mislead by these western prunes who are satisfied with only one child - if they have one at all.
