But look here, we have 30% of the Isaaq Nation in Ethiopia who wants to be part of Somaliland but cant, because we have to respect world International Borders.. so in this Case if Habar jeclo was Under Puntland we would NOT Accept, the Reason being Puntland is not just like Somaliland... Puntland Concist of 100% Darood while Somaliland is 60/70% Isaaq.... in Somaliland we have Harti/Isaaq/Gedabuursi/Ciise and in Puntland 100% Darood, so if Habar jeclo was forced to be under 100% Darood we would refuse!!!
