The Allowance hasnt been approved yet, the Parliament of somaliland rejected that bill, but the president promised to send it bac kone more time..

Inader war is never any good but we are being forced to defend our selfs and our Nation, some of them dont want Somaliland and some of them do, but the Territory is with in Somaliland.... HJ and Dhullos Dagaal kama Dhaxeeyo, The war between the water wells has stopped for the time being, but Dhullos and HJ will make an agreement on that one after the war!!!

Liqaaye your a very level headed guy, am gonna ask you a very simple question and I want you to answer it as honest as you can.

If Haber Jeclo being the Issaq sub clan that shares the longest boarder with Harti-Darood, was to fall under "Xuduudka" Puntland, and Puntland would say, No we will not let go of this land, we don`t care if the population of the land is Haber Jeclo. What would your solution be? illen dadka they own their land, ka aabo ka aabo iyaga dagnaa oo iska laha, xuduud u Ingiriski ka tagay ayaan eeganayaa argument nool maha.

Somaliland is wrong, they should let Dhulbahante go, 95% of Dhulbahante is against being apart of Somalilanad, I have never met dhulbahante pro-somaliland ah, and the dhullos I have met and know range from Ugaaryahan to Jamac Siyaad to reer Hagar to Bahrarsame to Yahye and Khalid.

Xaabsade and co don`t repersent Dhulbahante, they are only looking out for their own interest, just like how certain Issaq politicans are looking out for their own interest in the Konfuur.

Xaamud abti your right, and Dhullos have all the right to be against somaliland and be with their Harti-Family.. But look here, we have 30% of the Isaaq Nation in Ethiopia who wants to be part of Somaliland but cant, because we have to respect world International Borders.. so in this Case if Habar jeclo was Under Puntland we would NOT Accept, the Reason being Puntland is not just like Somaliland... Puntland Concist of 100% Darood while Somaliland is 60/70% Isaaq.... in Somaliland we have Harti/Isaaq/Gedabuursi/Ciise and in Puntland 100% Darood, so if Habar jeclo was forced to be under 100% Darood we would refuse!!!
