War TFG has monopoly over peace? If al-Shabaab (99% of Somalia) don't surrender to TFG (1% of Somalia), they hate peace? Why don't TFG surrender to al-Shabaab and get rid of kuffaar so there would be peace?

Two facts for you:

1. 80% of all civilians killed in Mogadishu past two years were killed by AMISOM kuffaar.

2. Areas operated by al-Shabaab are peaceful with law and order. It's TFG-held areas filled with robbers and mooryaans (many times in TFG uniforms).
