Good move. No reason why any Somali be a cannon fodder for hegenomic powers. If the rest of the so-called International community is honest about helping Somalia, they need to help Somalia to setup strong security forces, just government, and they need to accept Islam has a role to play within our society and future governments. On one hand they don't want us to form capable security forces and no meaninful financial commitments are being given to Somalia today where billions of dollars are needed to support Somalia to stand on its feet. On the other hand, they want us to continue killing each other while Ethiopia and others are milking the so-called the security funding towards Somalia. Hypocrisy of the so-called international community is beyond imaginable.

In my view, Somalis should play hardball with them by demanding that they either choose Al-Shabaab run government or they offer the billions of financial aid and long term commitment needed to recreate tens of thousands of Somali security forces. I could never understand why all security arrangements towards Somalia have to go thru Ethiopia when in fact we have a TFG depsite its shortcomings? And why dialogue is not being encouraged between Al-Shabaab and the TFG while at the sametine Godane crew and foreign extremists are being sidelined to the dismay of the secessionists?

It is obvious the activities of the hegemonic powers is to deny the return of an independent Somali Republic. All of the claims that they support the TFG are half-hearted measures

It is mind boggling why Anglo Saxon bureacrats are allowed to waste that money when Somali leaders are accused of being corrupt. It is a hypocrisy that any one can see. If the so-called international community are not willing to help Somalia, they need to prepare themselves Al-Shabaab run government. They can't have both ways.


This is my way of protesting the injustice that is imposed on us. Enough with endless conferences held in foreign countries and slow genocide that is being imposed on us.

anyway, dont bring qabyaalad into the discussion, ASWJ is a real power in Somalia and its disintegration is not something i like, but i do welcome it because corruption should not be tolerated.
