I can feel how strong and hight my blood pressure is

its because of all the streess in school

and also im worried of my future .. what if I dont get a good job

my hard life is making me sick

i cant sleep at nights

Are you fat? Do you have a big belly? Do you eat a lot of fatty unhealthy foods? Do you not exercise at all? Do you have any family members with a history of high blood pressure?
