Who said I don't have compassion for them? I am simply pointing out the reality of the situation that in Libya that is how they are viewed? Their compatriots back in Somalia would be the first to rob, kill, abuse them including Your beloved TFG. Allah doesn't change the condition of a people until they change whats in them.
